Both Courses are the Same as 2007!

Following the above map, the course traverses through the Lionshead Lake area, ending up at the foot of the Pines Lake School entrance.  Continue up the entrance, go around the school and out the main driveway.  10K runners will turn right onto Pines Lake Drive, down a steep hill and continue around the lake on Pines Lake Drive East to Indian Road.  Turn left on Indian Road and then after less than 1/4 mile turn left onto Pines Lake Drive West.  Continue along the winding, hilly terrain of Pines Lake Drive West until you reach the Pines Lake School, turning right into the school driveway.  Repeat the same course around the school, out to Sycamore and up Woodhaven, then back to the FINISH LINE!

We have made the necessary marshalling corrections to insure
that any mis-direction that occurred in 2007 will not happen anymore!
 

As in the 10K, runners will turn left off of Woodhaven  and continue down and then UP Tamarack to Redwood. Turn right and continue two blocks to Ridge where you’ll take another right on down to the entrance of Pines Lake E.S. and left, up its driveway. After going around the school, runners will turn left, around the top of the driveway, continue toward the exit and turn around back up the driveway to the school, reverting back to the  school path and straight out to Sycamore. This leads into to the ‘Woodhaven Hill’ and turn left towards the finish!
